The Opportunity

Join as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst responsible for digital channel quality in a significant website redesign and migration project. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment with frequent deliveries and embedded quality throughout development cycles. Responsibilities include ensuring quality of Web, API, and backend components while driving continuous QA process improvement.

Team Environment

  • Agile multidisciplinary team (~15 people)
  • Collaborative work with business analysts, developers, product managers, and QA specialists
  • High volume delivery environment
  • Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration days

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements for test strategy
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
  • Validate Web, API, and backend applications
  • Participate in QA activities related to web redesign and migration
  • Apply Shift-Left principles throughout software development
  • Identify, document, and track defects
  • Maintain test data and QA assets under version control
  • Engage in continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years QA experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and autonomous
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
  • Experience with Agile teams
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience with CMS, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), an asset

Essential Skills

  • Web and API testing
  • Manual and automated test strategy design and execution
  • Familiarity with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and Shift-Left Testing
  • Tools: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin
  • Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog
