Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) for a pivotal role overseeing digital channel quality in a major website redesign and migration project. Work within a dynamic Agile environment with frequent deliveries and integrated quality at every development stage.
Team Environment
- Multidisciplinary Agile team of ~15
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product managers, and QA specialists
- High-volume delivery setting with a hybrid work model
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop tailored test strategies
- Design and perform manual and automated test scenarios
- Validate web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Drive continuous QA process improvements
- Engage with developers and stakeholders to rapidly identify quality risks
- Maintain QA assets and test data under version control
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in quality assurance, ideally in Agile teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in French and English
- Experience with CMS like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Shift-Left Testing
- Familiarity with tools: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin, Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog
