The Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for digital channel quality on a major website redesign and migration project. You will ensure the quality of Web, API, and backend components while driving continuous improvement in QA practices.
What You Will Do
- Analyze business and technical requirements to craft testing strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
- Conduct validations on Web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to swiftly identify quality risks
- Apply Shift-Left principles throughout the software development lifecycle
- Lead continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing automation
What You Bring
- 5+ years of QA experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and autonomous work approach
- Experienced with Agile teams and both French & English proficiency
- Familiarity with CMS (especially Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus
- Strong experience in Web, API, and backend testing including TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and tools like Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and others
