Opportunity
Highspring seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for quality in a major website redesign and migration project. You will ensure quality across Web components, APIs, and backend systems, while driving continuous QA improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop tailored testing strategies.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios.
- Validate Web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify quality risks early.
- Apply Shift-Left principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and practices.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of QA experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast delivery environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile teams.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), is an asset.
Technologies
Expertise with tools and technologies including Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin, Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, and CI/CD pipelines.
