The Opportunity
Join Highspring as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst in a dynamic Agile team focused on the quality of digital channels for a major website redesign and migration project. You will ensure quality of web components, APIs, and backend systems, and contribute to continuous QA practice improvements.
Team Environment
- Agile multidisciplinary team (~15 members)
- Close collaboration with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA specialists
- Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration days
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
- Validate web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Apply shift-left testing principles and contribute to QA process improvements
- Maintain test data and QA assets under version control
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in quality assurance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Proactive, autonomous, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile teams and bilingual in French and English
- Experience with CMS, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
Tech Stack
- Automation: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin
- Development & Delivery: Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, CI/CD pipelines
- Platforms: Web apps, APIs, backend services, CMS-based sites
