The Opportunity
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a dynamic Agile team responsible for ensuring the quality of digital channels during a major website redesign and migration project. You'll work with Web, API, and backend components, contributing to continuous improvement of QA practices.
Team Environment
- Agile multidisciplinary team (~15 members)
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA specialists
- High delivery volume, hybrid work model with regular onsite collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests
- Validate web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Apply Shift-Left principles in the software development lifecycle
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and practices
What You Bring
- 5+ years' experience in quality assurance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Proactive and autonomous approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Experience with Agile teams
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with CMS, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus
Technologies & Tools
- Testing & Automation: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin
- Development & Delivery: Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, CI/CD pipelines
- Platforms: Web applications, APIs, backend services, CMS-based sites
