The Opportunity

Join us as a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) within an Agile team, overseeing the quality of digital channels for a major website redesign and migration project. You will ensure quality across Web components, APIs, and backend systems while contributing to continuous QA practice improvements.

Team Environment

  • Agile cross-functional team of approx. 15 members
  • Work with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA specialists
  • High-volume delivery environment
  • Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
  • Validate Web apps, APIs, and backend systems
  • Apply Shift-Left principles throughout software development
  • Document and track defects
  • Maintain testing data and QA assets under version control
  • Enhance QA processes, tools, and practices continuously
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and adaptability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in quality assurance experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Knowledge of CMS (particularly Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus

Essential Skills

  • Expertise in Web testing, manual and automated test strategy
  • Experience testing APIs and backend services
  • Familiar with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Shift-Left Testing
  • Proficient with tools: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog
