The Opportunity
Join us as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality of digital channels in a major website redesign and migration project. Work in a dynamic Agile team where frequent deliveries and integrated quality at every development stage drive success. Your role will cover Web, API, and backend components while continuously improving QA practices.
Team Environment
- Agile multidisciplinary team (~15 members)
- Collaboration with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA specialists
- High-volume delivery environment
- Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration
What You'll Do
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
- Validate Web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Engage in quality activities during website redesign and migration
- Collaborate closely to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Apply Shift-Left principles throughout development
- Report, track, and manage defects
- Maintain version-controlled test data and QA assets
- Drive continuous improvement of QA tools and processes
- Exhibit autonomy, initiative, and adaptability in fast-paced delivery
What You Bring
- 5+ years in quality assurance (ideal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and autonomous work approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to thrive in rapidly changing priorities
- CMS experience is a plus, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Essential Skills
- Extensive web testing experience
- Hands-on with manual and automated test strategies
- API and backend service testing
- Familiarity with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Shift-Left Testing
- Tools: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin
- Version control and monitoring: Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog
Technology Environment
- Automation tools: Cypress, Selenium, Postman
- Development & delivery: Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, CI/CD pipelines
- Platforms: Web apps, API, backend services, CMS sites
