Opportunity
Join Highspring as a QA Analyst in an Agile team focused on digital channel quality during a major website redesign and migration project. Work with Web, API, and backend components in a fast-paced environment with frequent deliveries, ensuring quality at every stage.
Team Environment
- Agile multidisciplinary team of 15 members
- Close collaboration with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA specialists
- Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
- Validate Web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Contribute to quality activities in web migration
- Collaborate to quickly identify quality risks
- Apply Shift-Left testing principles
- Document and track anomalies
- Manage test data and QA assets under version control
- Continuously improve QA processes and tools
Requirements
- 5+ years in quality assurance preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in Agile teams
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience with CMS, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), is a plus

Testing and automation: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin Development and delivery: Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, CI/CD pipelines Platforms: Web applications, APIs, backend services, CMS-based web sites
