The Opportunity

Join as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst in a dynamic Agile team responsible for the quality of digital channels during a major website redesign and migration project. Ensure quality across Web, API, and backend components while enhancing QA practices.

Team Environment

  • Agile, multidisciplinary team (~15 people)
  • Collaborative culture with business analysts, developers, product owners, and QA specialists
  • Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop testing strategies
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
  • Validate Web, API, and backend systems
  • Participate in QA efforts for Web redesign and migration
  • Collaborate closely to identify quality risks
  • Apply Shift-Left principles throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Maintain test data and QA assets under version control
  • Propel continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of QA experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, autonomous with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Agile team experience, bilingual in French and English
  • CMS experience especially with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus

Technologies

  • Testing Tools: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin
  • Development & Delivery: Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog, CI/CD pipelines
  • Platforms: Web applications, APIs, backend services, CMS-based websites
