Role Overview
As a Factory Test Specialist, you'll ensure the quality of liquid cooling products through industrial testing, leveraging expertise in electromechanical systems, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve factory tests and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive factory test requirements during new product introductions.
- Design manufacturing test equipment and lead root cause investigations.
- Implement statistical process control and validate manufacturing capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years' experience in industrial or lab testing environments.
- Skills in high power testing, electrical panel testing, Python, statistical methods, and strong communication.
