As a Failure Analysis Technician, you will be the detective for product failures, running tests, reporting, and collaborating with engineers to enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct failure analysis and functional testing
- Manage non-conformance reporting
- Maintain lab organization and 5S housekeeping
- Support quality engineers with problem solving
- Communicate findings internally and externally
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Preferred
- B.Sc. in mechanical engineering or related
- Experience in quality-related roles
- Knowledge of CNC, injection molding, welding, and more
- ASQ certification (CQT or CQE)
