Opportunity
We are seeking an intermediate to senior Functional Analyst with a strong technical background to join a dynamic team for digital initiatives planned for 2026. The role focuses on platform modernization, digital solution development, and systems integration, based in Montreal with hybrid work (2 days onsite).
Your Role
- Bridge business needs with technology solutions
- Analyze and structure business requirements in complex digital environments
- Write rigorous functional and technical documentation
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and delivery teams
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and the full SDLC
- Support design of performance-oriented, scalable solutions
- Contribute to modernization, API integration, and digital platform initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in digital or product environments
- Strong technical background (e.g., former developer, understanding of architecture and integrations)
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical, structured, quality-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
