Your Role and Impact:
- Manage a maintenance team.
- Ensure department efficiency.
- Enforce HACCP and SQF standards and produce required documentation.
- Oversee health and safety management within the department.
- Execute preventive maintenance management.
- Maintain positive labor relations.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and internal/external clients.
- Perform or assist troubleshooting tasks.
Your Qualifications:
- College or professional training in industrial equipment maintenance or related field.
- At least 2 years in a similar supervisory role, union environment experience preferred; knowledge of HACCP program.
- Strong prioritization, analytical, communication, leadership, and computer skills.
