Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and A/C systems; preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment; basic welding and equipment modifications; using the M5 system for work orders and tracking; applying experience in agricultural, heavy vehicle, or heavy equipment mechanics; and keeping the workshop clean and safe. Requirements include experience in heavy vehicle/agricultural/heavy equipment mechanics, knowledge of related systems and preventive maintenance, basic welding skills, computer literacy with maintenance management systems, owning your own toolbox (eligible for an annual $700 bonus), and a diploma is an asset but not mandatory. Work permanent evening shifts, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to midnight, in a modern, collaborative environment where safety is prioritized.
