Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team specializing in refrigeration
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance compliance
- Manage emergency interventions related to refrigeration systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs
- Participate in budgeting, energy optimization, and equipment modernization projects
Requirements:
- Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Fixed Machinery Mechanics or Refrigeration
- Valid qualification certificate
- 5+ years industrial refrigeration experience with team supervision
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and CSA B52 code
- Strong leadership and communication skills
