What You'll Do:
- Provide professional patient assessments in homes and community
- Collaborate on effective care plans and measurable goals
- Work independently and within an interdisciplinary team
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: $54.23 to $63.22 per visit, $36.15 to $42.15 hourly

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Excellent communication skills; French an asset
