Software Architect at Highspring

As a Software Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate in an Agile environment with development teams, SREs, and business partners to deliver impactful digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions for web, mobile, and back-end platforms
- Define architectures meeting business, security, performance, resilience, and scalability requirements
- Ensure integration via microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
- Promote TDD, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation
- Mentor developers and influence technical decisions
- Drive continuous innovation leveraging cloud-native technologies and AI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
- 7+ years in software development and architecture
- Expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot, Kafka, React, TypeScript
- Agile experience at scale
- Bilingual in English and French
