The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing Agile practices. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of teams and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Support backlog management and prioritization with Product Owners.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration between delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Minimum 4 years of Scrum Master experience in complex Agile environments.
- Proven consulting experience with external clients.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
