The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing Agile practices. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to enable effective product and project delivery and continuous team and process improvement.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration between delivery teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, planning sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide Agile best practices advice tailored to client contexts.
- Participate in Agile transformation initiatives and culture development.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent promoting transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Minimum 4 years’ Scrum Master experience in complex Agile environments.
- Proven consulting experience with external clients.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong client orientation and relationship skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
