The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master consultant to help clients adopt, evolve, and optimize their Agile practices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to enable effective product and project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement of teams and organizational processes.
Your Role Includes
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guiding teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Supporting Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
- Tracking deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identifying and resolving blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Fostering effective collaboration among delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Coaching clients on best Agile practices and delivery approaches.
- Participating in Agile transformation initiatives and culture development.
