The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing Agile practices. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective product and project delivery while promoting continuous improvement and Agile culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support teams with Agile principles and best practices.
- Assist Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identify and help resolve obstacles, risks, and dependencies affecting delivery.
- Foster collaboration between delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advise clients on Agile best practices tailored to their context.
- Participate in organizational Agile transformation efforts.
- Prepare and present progress reports.
- Act as a change agent promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master in complex Agile environments.
- Consulting experience with external clients.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
