The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing Agile practices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
Your Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identify and help resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and continuous improvement activities.
- Advise clients on Agile best practices.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives and cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years as Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in complex Agile environments and consulting roles.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Proficient with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
