The Opportunity
We seek an experienced Scrum Master to help clients adopt, evolve, and optimize Agile practices. As a consultant, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of products and projects while fostering continuous team and organizational process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile principles and practices.
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
- Track deliverables and sprint commitments.
- Identify and resolve obstacles and risks.
- Foster collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and continuous improvement activities.
- Advise clients on Agile best practices tailored to their context.
- Participate in Agile transformation initiatives and promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years Scrum Master experience in complex Agile environments.
- Consulting experience with external clients.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Fluent bilingualism in French and English.
