The Opportunity
Join Highspring as a Software Architect to lead strategic large-scale digital transformation programs. You'll design and evolve modern web and mobile technology solutions, guiding teams in delivery excellence, security, performance, resilience, and scalability in an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end solutions for web, mobile, and back-end platforms.
- Define architectures that meet business, security, and performance requirements.
- Integrate systems with microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
- Champion engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
- Mentor developers, influence architecture decisions, and foster community knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong architectural skills.
- Proven ability to influence complex technical decisions.
- Bilingual English-French proficiency.
