Your Role & Impact:
- Lead a maintenance team.
- Ensure departmental efficiency.
- Enforce HACCP and SQF standards, maintain required documentation.
- Manage safety and health within the department.
- Oversee preventive maintenance.
- Foster healthy labor relations.
- Collaborate smoothly with other services and clients.
- Handle or assist with troubleshooting tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- College or professional training in industrial equipment maintenance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, supervisory experience in a union setting, knowledge of HACCP.
- Strong prioritization, analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and excellent computer skills.
