The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing Agile practices. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure efficient product and project delivery while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in applying Agile principles and values.
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identify and address obstacles, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster effective collaboration among delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, planning sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Advise clients on Agile best practices and delivery approaches.
- Participate in Agile transformation initiatives and culture development.
- Prepare and present progress reports.
- Act as a change agent promoting collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence.
- Develop trust-based relationships with clients and project teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in complex Agile environments.
- Consulting or professional services experience with external clients.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Client-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
Technologies and Environment
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.
- Agile performance metrics analysis.
- Risk and delivery issue management.
