Opportunity
We seek an experienced Scrum Master to help clients adopt, evolve, and optimize Agile practices. As a consultant, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to drive effective product and project delivery and continuous team/process improvements. You will play a key role in Agile transformation initiatives fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide teams in Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization
- Track sprint commitments and team performance metrics
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies
- Promote effective collaboration between delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders
- Lead workshops, planning sessions, and continuous improvement activities
- Advise clients on Agile best practices and tailored delivery approaches
- Support organizational Agile maturity and transformation
- Provide stakeholder progress reports
- Act as a change agent cultivating collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Build strong client and project team relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years Scrum Master experience in complex Agile environments
- Proven consulting or professional services experience with external clients
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to influence and engage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual French and English (oral and written)
Skills
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Agile frameworks
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Performance metric tracking and risk management
- Agile coaching and continuous improvement
- Thrives in dynamic, high-visibility settings
- Bilingual English/French required
