The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing Agile practices. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to foster effective product and project delivery and promote continuous team and process improvement.
Your Role
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Support backlog management and prioritization.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration among delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Counsel clients on Agile best practices and delivery methods.
- Participate in Agile transformation and maturity enhancement efforts.
- Prepare and present progress reports.
- Act as a change agent promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in complex Agile environments.
- Consulting experience with external clients.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
