Opportunity
We seek an experienced Scrum Master consultant to help clients adopt, evolve, and optimize their Agile practices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of teams and processes.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support teams in applying Agile principles and values.
- Assist Product Owners in backlog management.
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and performance indicators.
- Identify and resolve delivery obstacles and risks.
- Foster collaboration among delivery teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, planning sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Advise clients on best Agile practices and delivery approaches.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives and culture of transparency.
- Build trustful relationships with clients and project teams.
Required Skills
- 4+ years experience as Scrum Master in complex Agile environments.
- Consulting experience with external clients.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Strong Agile coaching and continuous improvement skills.
