This expert-level position requires leadership in agile delivery and cross-functional defence data teams, managing complex data initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic roadmap creation, agile frameworks, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and driving data product adoption across RCAF. Must hold PMP, an advanced Agile Product Owner certification, a Master's degree in business or related fields, and active/previous Secret security clearance.
