Join STM as a Superintendent - Construction
As a project superintendent, you'll play a key role in implementing major construction projects linked to the Blue Line extension. Work under the guidance of the Senior Construction Superintendent and Project Director in a dynamic matrix structure. You'll plan, organize, supervise, and control to ensure strict budget management, high performance, and quality service delivery. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and represent the division in various committees.

Your profile:
- College diploma in a relevant technical field
- 8+ years of experience in project management or related fields
- Expertise in construction work implementation and contract management
- Strong client orientation, results-driven, excellent communication and planning skills
📍 Work locations: Place Bonaventure and Blue Line extension sites ⏰ Full-time: 40 hours/week 📡 Telework eligible under current policies
