Opportunity
We're seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join a team ensuring the quality of digital channels in a major website redesign and migration project. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment where quality is integrated throughout the development process, focusing on Web, API, and backend components while continuously improving QA practices.
Team Environment
- Agile, multidisciplinary team (~15 members)
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, QA specialists
- Fast delivery cycles
- Hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration
Responsibilities
- Analyze business & technical requirements to develop suitable test strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios
- Validate web apps, APIs, backend systems
- Engage in QA activities related to website redesign and migration
- Conduct tests in content editing and publishing environments
- Collaborate closely to identify quality risks quickly
- Apply Shift-Left principles across software development
- Document and track defects
- Maintain test data and QA assets under version control
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and adaptability in rapid delivery contexts
Qualifications
- Ideally 5+ years experience in quality assurance
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and rigor
- Proactive and autonomous work style
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Agile team experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Comfortable in fast-changing priorities
- CMS experience a plus, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Technologies & Tools
- Web Testing, REST API testing, backend services
- Manual and automated testing strategies
- TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Shift-Left Testing
- Tools: Cypress, Selenium 4, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, Detox, Cucumber/Gherkin, Git, GitHub, Docker, Datadog
