Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support clients in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to drive effective product and project delivery while fostering continuous improvement and an Agile culture.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide teams in Agile principles and practices
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization
- Track deliverables, sprint commitments, and team performance
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies
- Promote collaboration and best practices
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Scrum Master in complex Agile environments
- Experience in consulting or professional services
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Bilingual English and French
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
