Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future engineering calculator.

Job Summary:

As part of the industrialization of the A220 aircraft program with our partner/client, the primary role of the Structure Calculator is to ensure that stress analysis, within its scope, complies with certification requirements for primary structure, secondary structures, and system installations. Reports directly to the Head of Calculations Team.

Your Challenges:

• Ensure the technical scope is adhered to according to customer requirements, program needs, and manufacturing demands.

• Participate in the stress analysis of primary structure, secondary structure, and system installations within its scope.

• Support technical decision-making related to stress analysis of primary structure.

• Prepare key technical deliverables and ensure they meet Airbus Atlantic and client requirements.

• Participate in change analysis and implementation with the program, supply chain, production, and clients.

• Define tests to meet aerostructure certification requirements.

• Analyze constraints to predict test results (behavior and failure mode).

• Write test and certification reports.

• Validate developed methodologies by correlating tests with calculations.

• Support R&D activities on site as needed.
