Customer Service Agent (Ste-Marie) Hybrid Remote Work

More about the position:

  • Permanent employment
  • Salary: $25 - $31 per hour
  • Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5 pm
  • Vacation: 2 weeks (3 weeks after 3 years)

Responsibilities:

  • 70% After-Sales Service Management: Address customer issues (contractors and individuals) who have purchased products facing issues (technical problems, returns, credits, or installation questions) and find solutions.
  • 30% Other Tasks: Follow up on parts, research for spare parts, note information in the system, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service/after-sales service
  • Bilingual (work daily in English)
  • Interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, common sense, and priority management
