Our Airbus Atlantic site in Mirabel is looking for its future Aircraft Coordinator.

Job Summary: In the context of ramping up the A220, the evening team at the Airbus Atlantic plant in Mirabel plays a crucial role in achieving safety, quality, and industrial performance goals of the program. The Factory Aircraft Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Coordination and Performance Manager, acts as a facilitator, ensuring close links between Operations and the support functions. Their role consists of coordinating production teams and support functions from initiation until delivery in FAL and supporting operational managers (REAP-RUAP).

Your Challenges:

  • Align physical section status with SAP status at each line movement.
  • Request support functions' intervention in case of misalignments.
  • Provide indicators and performance elements of the planes according to instructions from the Operations Coordination and Performance Manager.
  • Manage administrative points balance (OF/AM) to close.
  • Coordinate points between different trades for OF/AM tracking.
  • Manage aircraft follow-up routines (handover) and Quality Gates (QG).
  • Prepare the aircraft QG (internal and external to the A220 client).
  • Validate the status of open OFs.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of aircraft progress indicators and notify the Process & Tools department if necessary.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Solution-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to adapt and react in a dynamic, multi-trade environment under constraints
  • Critical and analytical mindset
