Your Job:

  • Welcome clients and address their inquiries.
  • Guide clients on our banking apps and ATMs.
  • Listen to client needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Advise and offer transaction solutions for individuals.
  • Establish durable business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and commitment.
  • Direct clients to specialist colleagues for specialized needs.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management standards are met.

Your Team:

The branch is open one evening a week. Various work schedules are possible and depend on the team's availability. The position reports to the customer service manager or branch manager. You'll collaborate daily with a team of specialists in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Requirements:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, inclusive attitude
