Responsibilities: - Support senior private bankers and VPs by performing various assigned administrative and customer service tasks. - Ensure client satisfaction by developing personalized relationships. - Optimize client interactions and identify sales opportunities. - Open business and personal accounts and perform various transactions. - Enhance administrative and financial operations by ensuring diligent follow-up of client files. - Actively participate in operational efficiency and process improvements. - Identify inherent risks in wealth management sector activities. - Propose suitable products or services to clients. - Perform preliminary analyses and manage financial and tax information for credit requests. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and work closely with affluent clients, demonstrating professionalism.
