Hey there! I'm a recently single dad searching for a compassionate and responsible babysitter or nanny to care for my three delightful daughters while I work. The girls are polite and well-mannered; however, the middle child, being at a tricky age, might require a bit more patience. My workplace schedule is generally 7 AM to 3 PM, but I often need to leave by 6:30 AM and return around 3:30 PM. There's some flexibility with my work hours, so I'm open to adjustments.
My daughters are incredibly talented for their ages. The eldest is doing wonderfully with potty training, and the middle child gets encouragement for better progress it's ongoing, but she’s improving. It's a genuine joy to spend time with them, and if I could, I'd choose to stay home every day. However, I need to work to ensure their well-being, which is why your help would be invaluable.
