Main responsibilities:

• Performing routine building maintenance (basic plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, ventilation, locks, etc.).
• Handling repairs or responding to tenants' repair requests.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance of installations (heating, roofing, plumbing, security, etc.).
• Performing other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in building maintenance or upkeep.
• DEP in general building maintenance, building mechanics, renovation or equivalent training.
• Strong technical knowledge (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, ventilation, etc.).
• Valid driving license.
