Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of bus components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and transport company requirements.
• Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in production processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documents.
• Participate in client meetings and manufacturing discussions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics and/or quality assurance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in inspection or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in automotive or heavy vehicle maintenance is an asset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is advantageous.
