The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Centre Manager (Not-for-Profit) to join their expanding team in Sudbury, Ontario. You will manage overall operations, including budget oversight, staff coordination, volunteer supervision, facility upkeep, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expenditures aligning with approved budgets
- Promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining cleanliness and operational standards
- Lead onboarding activities, including staff orientation, training, and supervision
- Oversee the Centre's volunteer program
- Support special projects from the Provincial Manager

Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Business Management or a related field
