Permanent Position - Laval Campus

The College is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join its team. This is a full-time permanent position, 35 hours per week, at our Laval Campus.

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will report to the Director of Student Experience and be responsible for providing outstanding service to students by supplying clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about the College's products, services, policies, and procedures. You will need to resolve complex issues, manage phone lines, and email inboxes effectively.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks, taking on a central role in interacting with current and prospective students and visitors on campus from Monday to Thursday. Fridays offer the luxury of remote work.
