The Ste-Rose Residence has been serving the community since 2010 as a private, family-managed senior living facility for individuals experiencing a loss of autonomy.

Are you:

An experienced and motivational nurse manager comfortable working with seniors and capable of providing excellent leadership internally (residents/family, staff, owner) and externally (CIUSSS, agencies).

Job Nature:

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, and in collaboration with the responsible auxiliary nurses, take on the responsibilities of planning, coordinating, directing, controlling, and evaluating nursing care and services in the residence to ensure residents receive an adequate living environment and quality care based on their needs. Manage human, material, and informational resources.

Main Tasks:

• General responsibilities and management.
• Coordinate the healthcare team work.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and plan all resident needs according to their health situation.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with partners involved in residents' care, notably with CISSS de Laval.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the OIIQ.
• Experience and knowledge of the senior living environment.
• Over 3 years of management experience in care settings.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Hopem-Symo software (an asset).
• Good knowledge of and proficiency in French and English (an asset).
• Enjoy teamwork, dynamism, autonomy, possess excellent listening skills, and demonstrate superb judgement and organizational abilities.
