As an End User Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing both hardware and software support to ensure business productivity across various devices including desktops, laptops, and tablets. You'll offer technical assistance, resolve incidents, and manage corporate applications and systems. Key responsibilities include supporting user technology both remotely and in-person, managing device hardware and software, as well as coordinating repairs and maintaining asset inventories.
