As a Fixed Machine Mechanic, under the supervisor's guidance, you'll oversee, operate, and maintain fixed machines at the Youville thermal power plant and other mechanical rooms across the STM network. You'll perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks for steam and hot water boilers, water supply pumps, transfer and condensate pumps, and control valves, among others. Regular water and chemical tests, as well as safety tests for various devices, will be your responsibility. We seek candidates with a certificate in fixed machine mechanics, experience with thermal power plants, and a valid class 5 driver's license.
