Since 1958, Les Constructions Edguy has excelled in large-scale excavation, landscaping, and civil engineering projects as well as commercial and municipal snow removal services. With a passionate team of over 140 employees, modern machinery, and a culture based on honesty, respect, and safety, we are looking to expand our snow removal team by introducing a new seasonal foreman.

? A seasonal position that returns winter after winter, providing stability in a field where every storm brings its challenges.

✨ Responsibilities

Under the supervision of management, become the conductor of our snow removal operations:

• Plan, organize, and supervise teams and machinery according to priorities.
• Ensure high-quality service for commercial clients at all times.
• Manage weather-related contingencies quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication between the office, clients, and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Competitive salary: $35 to $40/hour, paid weekly.

? Desired Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in supervision (ideally in snow removal).
• Natural leadership, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to manage priorities in action.
• Proficient in spoken and written French (essential for communication).
• Class 5 driver's license required.
• Availability 24/7 during the winter season (in rotation with the team).
