Your Mission

  • Support various departments in implementing Environmental and Health & Safety action plans
  • Develop and manage procedures and programs documentation
  • Ensure compliance and maintain standards
  • Implement leadership strategies
  • Conduct risk analyses and controls
  • Audit and provide recommendations for systems and legal requirements
  • Deliver training activities to process stakeholders
  • Conduct work accident investigations and analyses
  • Facilitate meetings, ultimately partnering with regional directors

Your Profile

  • A college or university degree in HSE or environment, willing to join a strong team
  • Experience in similar roles, especially in manufacturing or construction (an asset)
  • Experience in implementing and managing systems like OHSAS, ISO, NLCSA
  • Familiarity with Quebec and Canadian legal requirements
  • Structured, organized, excellent communicator, and capable leader
  • A valid class 5 driver's license
  • Functional English
