JOB DESCRIPTION:

Located on the banks of the Richelieu, the residence warmly welcomes autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. We are currently looking for a Heavy Maintenance Attendant to join our dynamic team! WORK SCHEDULE:

• Permanent position
• Full time
• 40 hours per week
• Daytime
• Monday to Friday.

GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment
• Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas
• Clean and carry out tasks associated with apartment maintenance
• Clean and perform maintenance tasks for floors in common areas
• Perform maintenance according to the scheduled frequency or when required
• Any other related tasks.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of relevant experience is considered a significant asset
• Knowledge of senior residences, a major asset.
